Steps to perform when adding members:
Ingame:
- Guild invite "main" (where main is the character registered on the forum)
- Guild invite alts (set the notes to match the main-name)
Forum:
- Close the application thread along with a suitable message
- Start the welcome thread in the bar
- Update the trial member topic
- Go to the Administration Control Panel
- Go to the User And Groups tab
- Find the new member
- If required, adjust the login to match the ingame main name
- In the select form dropdown, choose: Groups
- Add the user to the groups DKP and Trial Members
- Make the Trial Member group default
Removing former members from the guild
Ingame:
- Ask them to leave or /gkick
Forum:
- Update the trial member topic
- Go to the Administration Control Panel
- Go to the User And Groups tab
- Find the former member
- In the select form dropdown, choose: Groups
- Remove the user from the groups DKP and Trial Members (and possibly members)
